Is this program covered by Medicare?
Yes. If you have Medicare, CHI services are covered and help you learn about and apply for other benefits through Pod Health.
Do I need to already have Medicaid to get help?
No — even if you’re not enrolled yet, we can help you understand if you qualify and assist you with the process.
What kind of services can I get through Medicaid?
Depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for home care, transportation to appointments, virtual check-ins, medication support, and more.
What if I don’t speak English well?
We offer help in multiple languages including Spanish, Russian, and Chinese. Our team will communicate with you in the language you’re most comfortable with.
How long does it take to get services?
Every case is different, but many people start receiving services within days after speaking with our team.
