02Determine eligibility
We’ll determine your insurance eligibility as well as make sure you have the video capabilities necessary to visit a provider virtually.
03Visit us virtually
If you qualify, we’ll schedule a virtual visit with a provider. They’ll do a clinical assessment to determine how remote monitoring could best fit your needs, as well as determine parameters for your readings.
04Receive your devices
Our team selects the specific monitoring devices you need and ships them to your door. No need to do anything – we track the package and notify you when it arrives. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
05Get set up
Our clinical team helps you set up your device(s), guides you when using it for the first time, and ensures the data is feeding into our system correctly. A video visit can be scheduled if necessary for additional clarity.
06Take your readings
Once you know how to use your device, we’ll ask you to take your readings often – preferably every day, and if not, every other day. You won’t have to remember on your own – we’ll provide gentle reminders if you’ve missed a reading.
07Take your readings
Your health readings populate on our dashboard. From here on, every reading you take is monitored by our clinical team. If any reading is out of range we’ll be in touch immediately.
